Packers Make a Free-Agent Move

Green Bay Packers made a move on the first day of OTA's by signing outside linebacker Lerentee McCray, a third-year pro out of Florida. McCray played for the Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos last season mostly as a special teams player. Green Bay can always use more help in the special teams department. But with Mike Neal still unsigned, McCray could have a role with the defense as well.

He's a pure unknown which means Ted Thompson knows something we do not and that always excites me.

Charlie.
