Not only did the Boston Celtics lose their first playoff game, they also lost their defensive catalyst Avery Bradley for the first round of the playoffs. Bradley pulled his hamstring, and Brad Stevens said today, it's likely he will miss the rest of the series with the Atlanta Hawks. This is a massive blow for Boston as they'll now look to more Marcus Smart and Terry Rozier who are both very wet behind the ears plus do not provide Bradley's combination of offense and defense.I picked Boston in seven for the series, and I'm not going to change it unless the Celtics look drastically different in Game 2 which is set for Tuesday night.
