NBA Playoffs Recap: Don't Poke the Bron

I would love a more creative name than 'Playoffs Recap' but this is going up late among other things. Anyways, I'm hoping these will be up daily until we get into the championship series where we'll do more of a 'Bucks Buzz' feel to things. Enjoy. 

Cleveland 107 Detroit 90
Headline: What's Detroit thinking? - Sometimes, we forget young teams act very
immature in the playoffs, and it sinks them early on. Stanley Johnson tried to act all tough with LeBron James during and after the game. It didn't pay off for him. Detroit cannot come up with an answer for all of the weapons Cleveland has on offense. This should be a short series.

Player of the Game: LeBron James - Another great night from The King who is on a somewhat underrated tear through the final two weeks of the season as well as the playoffs. James finished with 27 points.

Los Angeles 102 Portland 81
Headline: Dame Lillard's narrative isn't trending well - Damian Lillard is an interesting player in the NBA. He isn't a superstar but extremely popular plus a very good player in a second-tier of stars. Yet Lillard only left the first round once plus he's had some abysmal games including tonight with 6-for-22 from the field. He needs to find a way to conquer his Chris Paul demon because right now, CP3 is in his kitchen.

Player of the Game: Chris Paul - He continues his hot start in the playoffs with 25 points, six rebounds and five assists. He's doing a fantastic job on Lillard.

Miami 125 Charlotte 113
Headline: Nicolas Batum leaves with an ankle injury - Not a good thing for the upstart Charlotte Hornets to lose Batum to an ankle issue. He's the secondary scorer for this team behind Kemba Walker, and I'm not sure how Charlotte replaces Batum's scoring. Jeremy Lin can only do so much for the team. This makes me certain that this series isn't lasting past five games.

Player of the Game: Hassan Whiteside - He went a perfect 8-for-8 from the field with 17 points and 13 rebounds. He's going to get a fat paycheck this summer.
