Another piece of the Marquette schedule came together yesterday as the Golden Eagles will play in the Veterans Classic to kick off the season against Vanderbilt on Friday, November 11th in Annapolis, Maryland. This is a great look for Marquette as they continue to get exposure out east as well as play another high-quality opponent in the non-conference. This will be Bryce Drew's first game as Vanderbilt's head coach. The other game will feature Ohio State versus Navy who is the host of the event.
I'll be curious to see if Marquette dons the camo-inspired jerseys like they did for the ill-fated Carrier Classic. I'm guessing Jordan will hook it up like always.
